Discovered that Netflix now carries the movie version of World War Z, which I had started watching on DVD some time ago, but never finished. I admit, it's not how I'd adapt the book (I'd run it as a kind of mockumentary, sort of Ken Burns with zacks), but it works as a movie: it's exciting, it's wrenching, it's terrifying, just a good zombie flick ( Read more... )
